It’s no secret that these two share a mutual disdain for the rapper “Rick Ross” who has been accused of swagger jacking the former LA kingpin’s lifestyle, likeness & name. The real Rick Ross is reportedly filing an appeal for a lawsuit he filed against the rapper for stealing his name. 

Remember a few years back Rick Ross -the rapper didn’t get same welcome in Detroit when he showed  up to perform a summer concert and was allegedly ran out of town by local Detroit gangster Trick Trick who waged a “no fly zone” campaign against the rapper.  

There were reports that the rapper received death threats prior to his arrival and those threats were allegedly tied to Trick Trick’s ‘No Fly Zone.’

  
Freeway Rick Ross started his own social media campaign, #TheRealRickRossIsNotARapper in order to distance himself from the former corrections officer turned rapper.

Rick Ross the rapper still continues to perform under the ‘Rick Ross’ name, even without the OG’s approval or consent.
